We encourage exchanges to ensure you receive the perfect fit.
Most of our pieces are made to order or produced in limited runs.
For made-to-order items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery — refunds are not available unless the item is incorrect or defective.
If the product is not made to order and was in stock at the time of purchase, we offer full returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn and with all original tags attached.
To initiate an exchange, store credit request or return, contact us at oskarcapul@oskarcapaul.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Once your return is received and approved, your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed. Refunds (for eligible stock items only) are returned to the original payment method — please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
EEA and UK Consumer Rights
If you are based in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. For made-to-order or custom items, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 16(c) of the Directive. For eligible stock items, a refund including standard outbound shipping costs will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
